     We will receiving weekly plan on every Saturday for next week.


     Based on weekly plan we will check paper availability and confirm the paper
    availability on Saturday.
     As per weekly plan we will receive corrugation daily plan with Job Card on 4 PM
    every day of the next day plan.
     We will issue material to production as per the job card quantity and take return
    material once completed job.
     Put consumption in Navision of daily job card material and update stock list/Job
    card Tally day wise.
     Material unloading as per our scheduling with checking our Purchase Order once
    quality cleared.
    Accounting

     All Kraft/other item GRN will be making once checking material , PO , value.
     Stock verification Kraft paper & General Item doing by accounts Dept 1 st day
    beginning of the every month.
