Customizing Layouts

 To meet specific need, we require to customize the view or


representation of project information.

 Layout is a customizable view of project information. Each


time we change the way data is represented, we create a
new layout.

 Most windows & dialog boxes include a ‘Display’ or


‘Layout’ option bar at the top of the screen which contains
commands that enable you to customize the current
display or to create a new layout.

 Let us go to the ‘Activity’ window & use the ‘Layout’ option


bar to modify layouts.
