time effectively so that the right time is
allocated to the right activity.

to activities as per their importance.

important role not only in organizations
but also in our personal lives.

Google offers a variety of
applications free for public use. As
long as you have a Google or Gmail
account, you can easily access apps
like Google Calendar for your time
management needs. 
Google Calendar is the time management and
scheduling tool created by Google. It allows you
to make appointments, organize your daily tasks,
and more.
The time management tool works best for people
who need to simplify and plan their busy
schedule. You can schedule Google Hangout calls
with a click of a button while scheduling a remote
meeting.

Google Calendar Sync
Looking to sync all your calendars in Google Calendar? Doing this
 
will allow you to see all of your events in one calendar so you can get
a clear picture of what your schedule is like. So if you have both a
personal and work calendar, you can sync the two to view it all one
one.
1.Open Google Calendar
2.Click the “Settings menu” gear, then “Settings”
3.Scroll to “Import & Export”
4.Export your calendar
5.Then head into your main calendar
6.Click the “Settings menu” gear, then “Settings
7.Scroll to “Import & Export”
8. And Import your calendar
• To create an event, simply click
on a day from your calendar and
select edit event. Enter a title for
your invitation and set time frame.
If it is a recurring event, you may
want to check repeat and adjust
details accordingly.
 
Under event details, enter location. If the
location is recognizable in Google Maps,
your invitees can view the area through
the application. Next, add guests and
adjust permission setting. You also have
the option to add video call for online
meetings or conferences.
Be detailed in typing information in the
description box include objective, procedures,
and useful details. You can also add
information, references, and other relevant
materials as attachments. Lastly, click find a
time to set the duration of your event. Hit save
once finished and click send in the pop-up box
to send an invitation.
• Be notified of your next meeting
Instead of going through Google Calendars, you can easily
spot your next engagement with next meeting. It is a tool
offered in Google Calendar Labs to easily track your next
appointment. No matter how far or near your next schedule
is, next meeting will display it with a countdown
. If you’re interested, go to settings and select labs. Scroll
down and enable next meeting then hit save. The tool will
appear on the right.
• Receive an email of your daily tasks
Be more focused and goal-oriented with daily
agenda. At five in the morning, you will receive
a list of all your tasks scheduled for the whole
day from your calendar.
To make it happen, click on your calendar arrow
and click on edit notifications. At the bottom of
the page, you can find the daily agenda option.
Activate it by clicking on the box and hitting
save.
• Incorporate your calendar with Gmail
You don’t have to go back-and-forth tabs and pages
just to see your schedule. Use google calendar
gadget to view your schedule, as well as your
teammates’, while you’re in Gmail. To use the
gadget, you have to open your Gmail account. Go to
the gear icon, select settings and go to labs. Enable
the google calendar gadget and save changes. To
view the gadget, just click more at the bottom of the
left tab. You can explore the tool by clicking options.
• Know your team’s activities and availability easily
Create a team calendar for everyone to know the
upcoming activities of the group. They can easily free
up or save time slots by doing so. To create a team
calendar, click on my calendar arrow and select create a
new calendar. Fill-out the information and enter email
addresses of your teammates. You can limit people’s
access to the calendar by simply adjusting
the permission setting.
• Let your to-do list follow you
You can use tasks under your calendar list as a to-do
list for your minor activities or as a simple reminder.
It also syncs with the tasks in your Gmail account.
To access it, just click on tasks then the tasks bar will
appear on the right of the calendar. To add a new task,
click anywhere in the list and hit enter. You can add
more details in your task by clicking on the arrow.
You can maximize this tool by simply exploring the
buttons at the bottom of the tasks bar.
• Eliminate timezone confusion
No more conversion and arithmetic, know the exact time
of your remote staff or loved ones abroad using Google
Calendar. Understand different timezone by simply
looking at your calendar grid. However, you can only view
two timezone at a time.
To enable it, just click on settings and go to your current
timezone under the general menu. Click display all
timezone and show an additional time zone. Choose a
timezone you want to view and hit save. To view the
changes, click on the calendar day view and at the leftmost
part of the calendar grid, you can see two time frames.
• View unlimited time zones
If you want to view more than two time zones at a
time, this alternative is for you. You can do it by
using world clock. It is also part of the Google
Calendar Labs experiment. Simply go to labs and
enable world clock if you want to use this tool. You
can view it on the right side of your calendar. Go to
settings and click on the time zone you wish to see
then hit save.
