Mission Statement: A starting
Point
Mission Statement

Through collaboration, data driven instruction

and consistent reflection our professional learning
communities strive to provide high quality
academic instruction that challenges all scholars
to think critically and achieve their full academic
potential.
What is Our Goal and How Will
We Measure Success?
Goal
Through the implementation of Professional Learning Communities our
school will be able to provide consistent, collaborative, and data
informed instructional shifts to meet the needs of all students we serve.
By collaborating on a weekly basis and grounding the decisions in
student work samples, we can expect scholar’s overall performance to
increase exponentially.
Measurable Outcomes
By December of 2021, 100% of departments will be meeting at least once a week for one hour as
measured by weekly meeting agendas and calendar holds.

By December of 2021, at least 75% of teachers will have hosted at least one student work
analysis meeting and implemented a data informed strategy as measured by PLC meeting
agendas, observations and lesson plans.

By June of 2022, 100% of teachers will have hosted at least one student work analysis meeting
and implemented a data informed strategy as measured by PLC meeting agendas, observations
and lesson plans.

By June of 2022, all departments will have implemented the SWA protocol on a consistent
weekly basis resulting in at least 65% of scholars passing all classes as measured by the end of
the year report card grades.
