Positive Indicator Working in a team is synergistic way of

working towards a shared goal.
Teamwork maximizes the individual strengths
of team member to bring out their best.

Negative Indicator Many projects take much longer when there is


a team involved.
Personality clashes may still develop overtime.
Blame and responsibility issues.
