MACHINE USED IN MAKING T-SHIRT
T-shirt is a common apparel product and easy to make compared to other apparel
products. To make quality t-shirt with good finishing inside and outside of the
garment, you need over lock (for edge stitch), flat lock (for cover stitch) and single
needle lock stitch machines.
Process Flow Chart of T-Shirt Manufacturing followed in Apparel Industry:

Shoulder joint- Shoulder join is done by using an overlock machine.



Neck joint- Neck join is done by using an overlock machine

Rib tack- Rib tack is done by using a Plain machine.

Main label join- The main label join is done by using a Plain machine

Neck tape join- Neck tape join is done by using a Plain machine.

Neck top seam- Neck top sin is done by using Plain machine.
Sleeve hem- Sleeve hem is done by using a flatlock machine

Sleeve join- Sleeve join is done by using an overlock machine.

Care label join- Care label join is done by using a Plain machine.

Side seam- The side seam is done by using an overlock machine

Sleeve tack- Sleeve tack is done by using a Plain machine.

Sleeve soap tack- Sleeve soap tack is done by using a Plain machine

Body hem- Body hem is done by using a flatlock machine
