success in this role (HR Role)?
• HR effectiveness and if we see in a pure
recruitment process there are many KPI and how
many resume you have received
• How much time does it take you to find the best
candidate from that CV's.
• This is all about determining whether HR is
delivering the outcomes necessary for the business's
success. This may involve assessing:
• How happy and satisfied are our employees?
Question & Answer
Q4: Can you please tell me about working experience.
Have you ever faced any catastrophic situation and
what action you took to resolve such situation?
• If you talk recruitment there are hurdles in
recruitment. I will talk about only Indus motors.
• We try to ensure and tell up applicant that we have a
very good system and try to create a very
comfortable zone for the applicant.
• This is one of the things which is more specific for
us. At part from this more generic which it creates
hurdle like availability of skilled men power,
specially belongs to this sector like auto motive
Question & Answer
Q5: Can you tell us about the biggest challenge your
team faced in past years like covid-19 and others.
• Covid was a big challenge. Our product is a luxury
product. It is not necessity like food and house hold
items.
• Most of FMCG companies are operating in this time
but unfortunately we belong to such type of industry,
we had to completely shut down because of covid-19.
• To sustain the low demand of car factory was required
to be shutdown. It is all about patience's when factory
is shut down and wait for the time is over like factory
is close and sells is reduced that was the major
challenge.
Question & Answer
Q6:So as you said that you will what for the right time as in the
covid19, so how much time will you wait, so that you should
not loss your customer and cannot shutdown the factory. In
such type of situation what is the backup plan of the
company?

• Every company needs to curtail for the worst this has

probably covid-19 has tough us. Alhamdulillah we were not

always tried to maintain a lien structure and reduce first. You
reduce your cost not only men power related areas but check
if there are any wastage are taken place.

handle negative feedback?
• You don't need to response to everyone who is

known fact that a lot of people make claims,
assuming lot of things and spread negative
sentiments.
• All those who are making such sentiments are not
your customer. Ratios of such type of persons are
99%. All those who are using our brand are smart
enough and they know the details of our product.
Question & Answer

Q8: What experience do you have leading a

project team as an HR manager?
• Yes we do have different projects but of course
projects are more related to HR domain,
• Recently we have done project is still going it‟s
long term project, it works on the internal cultural
change so this project have an complete agenda this

externally because this is an internal
communication.
Question & Answer

because they have enough resources and systems in
place to make sure they can still deliver if anything
goes wrong.

situation?
• So, in an unethical situation first you came
to department and will tell your problems

the participants will go to HR department as
the HR department is like a bridge to solve
the problem firstly they will ask them
individually and will create a solution to the
problem.

workplace policies and are your employees
