EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMERS My experience with the customer is very good.During my training I always tried to satisfy or help the customers at my best.At the time of my training my boss told me to handle all phone calls.i always tried to fulfil the needs of my customers. I worked very hard so that I can understand the problems of my customers and provide them all the necessary help to them so that they donot face any problem. EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOSS During my training i am having very good experience with my boss he has not took me as a trainee he has given me very opportunities to deal with clients and to raise my confidence and my knowledge about travel agency.He is really a nice and hardworking person.He is the person who always ready to help whenever I have any problem.
