Hydraulic and Pneumatic System Adjustment

HCR900-DSII
HCR910-DS
HCR1200-DSIII
Introduction

This adjustment manual provides the method of maintenance

adjustment of the HCR900-DSII, HCR910-DS and HCR1200-
DSIII crawler drills.
Read the operation manual first, understand how to operate
the machine and general safety rules.

About descriptions ;
Photos and directions in this manual use a “Pull Drilling
system”. Prior to the adjustment, check which type of drill
control system is used in your machine.

Specifications, contents, photos and illustrations in this

manual are subject to change without notice.

Precautions When Making Adjustments

1, Observe the safety warnings on the decals.

2, Do not work near faces, walls or slopes or unstable ground.
3, Wear protective clothing and tools.
4, Use proper tools.
5, Keep hands away from rotating, moving and heated parts.
6, Assign more than two personnel for making adjustments.
7, Warm hydraulic oil more than 25℃[77F ゜ ] before making
adjustments.

8, Set the engine speed at rated speed for adjustments.

(Except some adjustments)
Precautions When Making Adjustments

9, Stop the engine when disconnect oil hoses.

various rock conditions on a job site.

・ Impact pressure adjustment

・ Forward feed pressure adjustment
・ Drilling feed speed adjustment ( 900-DSII only )
