TMM need to participate KFS QC department by placing own personnel &

providing production guideline, since 88% of seat defects are from KFS 

Maintaining close relationship between KFS, TMM and TMC 

Doug Friesen have to keep his attention on rear seat installation station as
compared to front seat installation. 

TMM should inspect all seats in KSP before they are shipped to ensure high
RECOMMENDATI quality 

ON Defective items has to be resolved in real time at assembly line 

Review seat designs for new models is necessary 

TMM should share quality report with KFS to analyze areas with defect 

Toyota supplier network will be benefited by integrating with TPS
