Problem:
Computer Won’t Start
Solution:
Check the power cord to confirm that it is plugged
securely into the back of the computer case and the
power outlet. Make sure that it is a working outlet!

Make sure the monitor or display is functional.


Problem:
Program Runs Slowly
Solution:
Delete unnecessary files to free up space.

Close the program and re-open it again

Shut down your computer, wait for a few


seconds and boot it up again.
Problem:
Monitor Has No Visual
Solution:
Check if the VGA is properly connected

Make sure that it is turned on.

Check the brightness control, make sure that


it is not set too low.
Problem:
Program Is Completely Unresponsive
Solution:
Press (and hold) CONTROL + ALT +
DELETE (here finger rule) to open the Task
manager and forcefully close the program.

Overheating
Solution:
Turn off the computer and let it rest.

Check the fan to make sure that it is working


properly.

Windows Won’t Boot
Solution:
You have to reinstall it with the Windows
recovery disk.
Problem:
Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD)
Solution:
Update your hardware drivers.

Scan your system for viruses.


Check if there is enough space for updates.

Return BIOS settings to their default levels.


Problem:
Slow Internet
Solution:
Restart the modem.
Fix your Wi-Fi signal.

Kill any unwanted background software.

Contact your ISP.

Solution:
Open up the PC and clean
the fans, it could be due to
the dirt inside
Problem:
Keyboard Isn’t Responding
Solution:
Check if the cables are connected properly.

Check the RAM.
