BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY:
Low educational attainment and highly unequal access across
income groups, between urban and rural populations, and between
males and females.
Education system include widespread teacher absenteeism, a weak
management and supervision structure, shortage of trained and
qualified teacher’s especially female teachers, a lack of dedication,
motivation and interest of teachers in their profession and a lack of
physical facilities

DATA ANALYSIS
The responses to the structured close-ended questions will
be rated in percentages. The percentage of respondents for
each alternative will be given and analyzed. The data
collected will be analyzed using the computer software
known as Statistical Package for Service Solution (SPSS).

October 2011: agree formal access to organizations for collection of
primary data
November 2011: compile, pilot and review questionnaire
