the employee and employer relationship. This can be achieved by
measuring employee satisfaction, identifying and resolving workplace
issues, and providing input and support to the performance management
system of the company.
Labor relations can make or break an organization. Great labor
relations will make a business successful in the long run. A good
understanding between employees and employers is important to reduce
industrial disputes.
