Definition of Terms

conditions and goals.

In summary, the Department of Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC) is a committee composed of a
group of people chosen to enable the different elements of the financial bodies of the government such as
the Department of Budget and Management, Department of Finance, National Economic and
Development Authority, Office of the President and Bagko Sentral ng Pilipinas to work effectively
together towards economic growth and progress by careful planning and analysis of national revenues,
resources and costs of expenditure over specific periods and recommending to concerned bodies and the
President proper allocation of different aspects of the government programs.
