• Our ideal vacation would be Ireland. Ireland
is a very developed country, being in 2011
and 2013 ranked 7th in the world in this
category, but also rich. It has its capital in
Dublin, the capital from which great writers
known around the world were born. The
first famous writer in Dublin was Jonathan
Swift (1667-1745). The greatest of them was
James Joyce (1882-1941) who
revolutionized literature with his novel
"Odysseus" in 1922, which is full of details
about Dublin in the 1920s.
Tourist attractions
• Trinity College:
It may not sound extremely interesting, but believe me,
nothing can really prepare you for a visit to the Old
Library, the old library at Trinity College - in fact, one of
the most famous universities. Here you will see
extremely rare books, in a room dating from the
eighteenth century and which seems torn from the
pages of the novel Harry Potter.

Dublin Castle:
Located in the heart of the old town, Dublin
Castle is one of the oldest architectural monuments in
the city - it was built in the early thirteenth century. It has
been used, over time, as a fortress, prison, treasury,
courthouse. Today, some of the castle's rooms can be
visited by tourists.
• St.Patrick.
It is one of the few buildings that have
survived in the medieval city. Built between 1220 and
1260, it remains the largest cathedral in Ireland. Here
you will find out more about the impressive history of
this building - you can even make an online reservation.
Japan, Tokyo

• Another ideal holiday for us is Japan. In its


long medieval era, Japan developed a unique
culture, through a gradual diversification of
all arts (ikebana, origami, ukiyo-e), crafts
(dolls, lacquered items, pots), traditional
dance, theater (kabuki, Noh, bunraku,
rakugo), various traditions (onsen, sentō, tea
ceremony, architecture, gardens, Katana
swords), and cuisine.
Touristic Attractions
• Naoshima is an island located in the Inland Sea Seto and is famous
for its collection and exhibitions of contemporary art. Here is the
Benesse Complex as well as the Chichu Art Museum. The most
important settlement is the coastal town of Honmura dating from
1467-1568. Some houses in this city have been renovated under the
auspices of the Art House Project. The island is served by the port
of Miyanoura.
• One of Japan's famous castles, Osaka Castle (Osakajo) played an
important role in the unification of Japan in the Azuchi Momoyama
Period. The castle, together with the other structures, covers an
area of ​about 1 km <sup> 2 </sup>. The defense structures of the
castle are built on high stone foundations, walls and defense
ditches, multiple storey structures.
• Asakusa is a district of Tokyo famous for its Asakusa Kannon
Temple; legend has it that in 628 two brothers (Hinokuma
Hamanari and Hinokuma Takenari) fished a statuette of Kannon -
the Goddess of Mercy in the Sumida River and even if they put the
statuette back in the river, it always returned to them. Local Sogun
- Hajino Nakamoto recognized the religious importance of the
statuette and built a small altar dedicated to the goddess Kannon.
