Propositional Logic (PL)

• A branch of Deductive Logic.

• Propositional logic also known as Boolean Logic; is a symbolic logic for


manipulating logic variables representing propositions.

• It is concerned with the subset of declarative sentences which can be classified


as either TRUE or FALSE.
