emotional development, cultural background
interests, aspirations and personal goals are
some of the factors that should be
considered in the implementation of the
curriculum.
2. Teachers are Curricuralist, Developers
and Implementer.
In the teaching and learning process, the other side
of the coin is the teacher.

A teacher is a curriculum maker. He/she writes

curriculum daily through a lesson plan, unit plan or
yearly plan.

As a curriculum developer, teachers are part of

textbooks committees, faculty selection boards,
school evaluation committee or textbook writers
themselves.
2. Teachers are Curricuralist, Developers and
Implementer.

 On the other hand, a developed curriculum remains

inactive, if it is not implemented. At this point,
teachers’ role shifts from a developer to an
implementer. From a designer or technician to a
decision maker.

 The teachers’ role now shifts from planning to doing.

Doing here implies guiding, facilitating and directing
activities which will be done by the students.

school, especially they are the one’s paying
for their children’s education. Parents would
pay any cost just to ensure that their child
get the best learning or schooling

As prospective teacher,
we should equip ourselves with the necessary things that
are needed in the curriculum implementation.
We need to be knowledgeable of the content and the
teaching strategy should be fit to
the needs of students and align to the curriculum. Also be a
good developer
and implementer of the curriculum exploring things and be
updated to the needs of
time. Schools would not be successful without the
involvement of each stakeholders

Each stakeholders is

every learners in the society for the success of implementing the
curriculum. This topic has broaden also our understanding of
how and what to do to more, not only to the implementation
but as
well as to the adjustment to be made on formulating the
curriculum, for us to be able to use a well
balanced and well formulated teaching methods that will
