DO

Collection of Debit advice Note and related documents received from
Mumbai & submission at SECL / MCL Office.

Collection of DO within 10 days after submission of above documents
●
Handing over of DO to approved transporter as advised by HO along

Ensuring submission of DO at Area Sales Office of SECL/ MCL along
with authorization document and request for release of supply order.

In case of MCL ensuring release of Mine Permit from DDM Rourkela
