 Provide transporter and drivers incentive schemes i.e.


 Achieve time line in a month provide incentive points to drivers
 Truck drivers provide access Qty as per loading slip provide points
 Drivers convert this into other monitory benefits according to
point collections i.e. Lunch, T-shirts, Caps, Blankets Etc with our
branding name.
 Achieve lifting coal plan as per DO or planning, provide additional
benefits to transporter on the basis of per Ton basis
 Make incentive scheme to our employee those who are involves
into coal lifting process (Mines and railway sidings) regarding
smooth truck load filling and dispatch to plant in certain time
frame

◦ Re structure man power and Organization structure
◦ Development of Incentive Scheme on basis of transporter and drivers
◦ Develop penalties policy for Transporter if we not get required coal supply on the basis of agreement
or DO
◦ Android App for tracking every sources for truck IN OUT system
◦ Engagement of new private railway siding i.e. Vedanta Siding (EOD 8th Dec. 25Km.) for continuous
coal feeding.
◦ Interdepartmental coordination building programs or multitasking team which is coordinate with
department to department
◦ We found No Entry zone, its to be resolved at local level with proper Liaison
◦ Improper approach road with potholes
◦ Rotational Job of employees, security staff at Mine side and railway siding
◦ Make new Plant Base Vigilance Team with security guard. In this team involve 3-4 department
members and make duty chart random
◦ Develop new coal resources
◦ Weigh Bridge required calibration every week with our O&M team and flash report all concern
department regarding calibration, if any problem found to generate call to AMC.
