Goal Setting

Goals are specific, measurable targets that people commit to achieving through planning and effort. They differ from general dreams or desires in requiring clear envisioning of a future result. Most goal achievements fail because people confuse goals with less defined concepts or do not properly set goals. Great leaders help both themselves and their followers succeed by establishing clear goals.
