WHAT IS TELEGARM?
Telegram is a messaging app with a focus on speed and
security, it’s super-fast, simple and free. You can use
Telegram on all your devices at the same time — your
messages sync seamlessly across any number of your
phones, tablets or computers.

With Telegram, you can send messages, photos, videos


and files of any type (doc, zip, mp3, etc), as well as create
groups for up to 200,000 people or channels for
broadcasting to unlimited audiences. You can write to
your phone contacts and find people by their usernames.
As a result, Telegram is like SMS and email combined —
and can take care of all your personal or business
messaging needs. In addition to this, we support end-to-
end encrypted voice calls.

1. Overall, I am satisfied with how easy it is to use Telegram

According to the bar chart, the highest bar


is 12 respondents, with 60% voted 5 for
Strongly Agree that they are satisfied with
how easy it is to use Telegram overall. Then,
there are eight respondents, with 40% who
voted 4 to Agree that they are satisfied with
how easy it is to use Telegram overall. No
one respondent voted 3 for Neutral, 2 for
Disagree, and 1 for Strongly Disagree for
this question.

What is the problem?

Based on my observations on the feedback of all


respondents, I can conclude that the issue with
Telegram is they don’t have any features that
can stimulate the users to communicate with
their contacts. If we can notice, we already know
who and our purpose every time we want to open
Telegram. It makes users feeling boring and not
excited when using Telegram.
Are the users satisfied with the website/mobile app?

Based on my observations on the feedback of all


respondents, the users are being not sure in Telegram
gave error messages that can clearly told them how to fix
the problems, that they can recover easily and quickly
whenever they make a mistake and they can recover

users satisfied with Telegram in overall. Other than that,
the users are satisfied with Telegram as altogether.
What is your suggestion to improve user experience with this
website/mobile app?

Based on my observations on the feedback of all respondents,


my suggestion to improve user experience with Telegram is to
enhance their features. They should create one section for
notification to informing the users whom their contacts just new
in Telegram. By this way, it can prevent users from missing
important chat. They also should make stories or status for the
users can know what their connections are doing. They also
should make video calls for groups for more comfortable for
them to communicate with their contacts. These ways can
stimulate users to share something with their contacts.
