Introduction
• Path-Lab is a System to control the following information: patient information, staff and
patient invoices. These services are to be provided in an efficient, cost effective manner,
with the goal of reducing the time and resources currently required for such tasks.
Pathology Lab Management System is a module that can be used in a pathology to book a
test for the customer, enter customer’s details and after conducting the test, give test
reports to the customer, and provides efficient management of pathology lab records.

 A patient will be provided all certain information about appointment.
 Facility of SMS Notification on Approval and Reminder of Test Requests.
 Facility to download a report of Test Request.
 provide online chatting between patient and doctor and provide the facility to online
appointment.
Advantages

• Blind people can also use the application


• Possible to compare with the cost with different hospital
• Patient view the uploaded reports on mobile
• Patient can view location of the Phlebotomist in the app while reaching home

Disadvantages
• Internet is required to use the application
Conclusion

Healthcare is a very important field that needs immediate attention. The proposed system
provides an inexpensive and efficient application for healthcare that can help in taking care
of the patient’s health by providing effective medical services at the right time.
This system will thus be beneficial for both the patient and the doctor in case of medical
emergencies. In this proposed system pathology system is effectively used by patient.
Patient can search nearest hospital to book the test.
Patient also use this feature in lower possible cost. At anytime from anywhere patient can
download the report.
