Zahoor obtained audit and assurance experience from Deloitte (M. Yousif Adil Saleem & Co). Zahoor is director in Human Development Society,
a development sector NGO operating in Sindh Province.
His entrepreneur skills help businesses to identify risks and suggest practical solution. Zahoor is Executive Director and is also responsible for

Mr. Agha possess 24 years of professional experience in consultancy, accounting and auditing profession. He has worked with
Kingcrete Developers Pvt. Ltd. as Director Finance and Company Sectary from May 2016 to April 2018. During his association with
Kingcrete, he was responsible for maintaining Company Financial Record, all matters related to Security and Exchange Commission
of Pakistan (SECP), Staff induction, trainings, and HR Matters, Development of Financial Models and projects management.
He also worked with MB Consulting as Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) from June 2011to March 06, 2015. Being company COO, he
was responsible to look after all Financial matters Business Development, Corporate and Tax related matters, HRM, TNA , OJT
Planning, Recruitment , and strategic business decisions.
Mr. Agha worked with Deloitte, M. Yousaf Adil Saleem & Co. Chartered Accounts as Senior Manager Consulting for 18 years from
October 1994 to June 2011, while working with Deloitte he attained experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Internal and
External Auditing, Management Consultancy, Procurement and HR management . During this period, he remained involved in the
planning and budgeting, financial reporting, designing, monitoring and evaluation, implementation of accounting system, audits of

Arshia is currently working as Manager in Sajjad & Co, Chartered Accountants. Formerly, she worked as Supervising Consultant in EY
Advisory Services Department. Arshia has an overall professional experience of 6 years. She has expertise in internal audit, internal
control assessment, risk assessment, capacity assessments, policies and procedures development.
Prior to working with EY, Arshia worked for more than 4 years at KPMG TH & Co, Pakistan. During the course of her career, she has
been involved in statutory audits and risk advisory assignments of various sectors with an emphasis towards handling audits of
donor funded (USAID/UNDP/UOCHA/DFID) projects.
