MARKETING DEPARTMENT
The marketing department was survey the market and
customer requirement. This report submitted to
company then it was thinking that report and prepare
the product which satisfy the customer requirements
and market rate of product .

After preparing the product which satisfy the


customer requirements and market rate then
advertising the product in market.

Also it give a report on quantity of the product &


according to the report product process is done.
SERVICING DEPARTMRNT

Replacement and repairing of the parts or complete


unit possessing problems for the customer service is
solved in servicing department.

If the product is having some problem after it been


sold be customer and it the bidder brought it back in the
stipulated time of guaranty it is repaired for its
unserviceable parts. The instrument which are not
manufactured relating other customers or which are
unable he solve their respective branches too are solved
has
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
All the research work of the industry for developing
design of product & its improvement is done in this
department.

In undesired problem interfering in manufacturing or


assembling of the instrument are solve in it.

If demand persist of further improvement in the


designing of the model or main circuit board is done
here.

New research for better improvement of the model of


the unit too are performed.
ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT
Early documentation problem marketing tenders and
contacts are done within this department. All the
expenditure requirements in terms of raw material supply,
components supply, or marketing expenditure are met
here. All the paper work inclined to the industry is done
there too various sections are denoted within it having
different functions of an individual. All the payment of
salaries to the employee in change or connected to the
industry and Bavinbeing system are stuck in the Account
department.
H.R. DEPARTMENT
H.R. department is one of the
important departments. It takes an
interview of candidates for the
company. It decided which candidate is
suitable for company. And using
technical and aptitude test they will
select the proper person for proper job.
PURCHASE DEPARTMENT
This department purchases the various
components, displays and circuit require
materials. It means it takes raw materials for
the preparing PCB of the machine and
mechanical support for the machine. This is
function of the purchase department.
STORE
Store stores the all purchased raw
materials and supply to workers as per
requirement of circuitry Also provide
the specific component to the customer
at the time of servicing.
NOTE COUNTING MACHINE
It is one of the best machines for note
counting. By hand note counting is very time
consuming so note counting machine is use for
note counting. Using the note counting machine
we save our time. It is used in banking field, or
where there daily transactions are in large scale.
In note counting machine there are various
models.

Currency Counting Machine:


In this machine hopper is control by hopper motor & it is
stop by mechanical stopper. Its capacity is 200 note. In this
machine six function mode free counting mode, check mode,
batch mode, add mode, ok stamp, self check function. This
machine works on the principle of suction. In this machine
counting is done by counting sensor. UV function check the
note is it original or duplicate. Additional two functions are
there one is OK stamp and another is self check function. In
this function it check the main parts of the machine such as
driver motors, suction pump, etc. Some models have SMPS
function which is helpful to save the power. Some models
:-SN-500, SN-300, SN-1000, SN-1500, NS-80
