10:00 AM – 10:15 AM Address by the keynote speaker • Overview of the Training Program
• Significance of the Training Program
10:15 AM – 10:45 AM Ice Breaker Session: • Divide the participants into groups of 4 with varied years of management
experience
Share your Management Wisdom
• Each group member to make a list of 5 most important pieces of wisdom
that they have learnt about managing people over their careers.
• Share your wisdom with your group.

10:45 AM – 11:30 AM Six Questions You Need To Ask Yourself Everyday • Video by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith
• Discussion on the six questions covered in the video and the participants’
thoughts on the same.

11:30 AM – 11:45 AM TEA BREAK


11:45 AM – 12:45 PM Activity: • Discuss the difference between Attitude and Attributes and understand
the participants’ take on it.
Attitudes or Attributes?
• Distribute the questionnaire on Coaching Attitudes (Appendix 1) to each
participant and allow 10 minutes to complete the same.
• Ask participants to share their results. Discuss specific attitudes and their
importance.

participant and allow 10 minutes to complete the same.
• Ask participants to share their results. Discuss specific attributes and their
importance.
• Ask participants if they still think their original definitions are valid or if
they need to be changed.

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM Invoking the Positive Emotional Attractor • Lecture on how the PEA can be invoked through Coaching
with Compassion.

1.45 PM – 2:45 PM Activity on Invoking the Positive Emotional Attractor • Participants to make a list of things that their peers, spouse
etc. have repeatedly told them to change (even though they
 
don’t find it relevant to their behavior).
• Then ask them to write down the times when they were at
their best and felt proud of themselves.

2:45 PM – 3:15 PM Debriefing of the activity • Understanding the perceptions of the participants’ in the
above activity.
• Addressing the difference between the Negative Emotional
Attractor v/s Positive Emotional Attractor.

3:15 PM – 3:30 PM TEA BREAK  

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM Feedback • Interactive session with the audience on their


perspectives and feedback on the day’s session.
DAY 3

10:15 AM – 10:45 AM Framework on Team Coaching – ACS Model • Explain the ACS Model and the steps involved.

11:00 PM – 12:00 PM 11 ICF Core Competencies of Coaching • Discuss how these core competencies are developed to
support today’s coaching profession at workplaces.

12.00 PM – 1.00 PM Key Coaching Competencies of a Coach (EI • Combination of video & lecture-based session on

• Interactive discussion on the same.

2:00 PM – 3:15 PM Activity: • Divide the participants into groups of 4.


Focus on Coaching Skills • Distribute the questionnaire on Focus on Coaching Skills
(Appendix 3) to group and allow 20 minutes to complete
the same.
• As they fill in the responses, they should discuss each
person’s responses.

3:15 PM – 3.30 PM Debriefing of the activity • Understand other group members who have similar
strengths and weaknesses.
• Discuss coaching skills with other group members.
