SUBJECT DESCRIPTION:
This course covers topics like the basic concept of AOM, managing
administrative services, cultural diverse workforce and controlling
administrative services. The study of the different phases of
administration office management and its vital role in the business
organization will also discuss. It include the essential of AOM on
management, technology, management decision making and the
need for good planning toward job satisfaction and self-actualization.
Then, this course aims for the student to identify the subject matters
regarding strategic HR management, works and practices within the
premises of the company.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the course, the Student will be able to comprehend the following
objectives;
1. Gain learning and knowledge about the scope and concept topic of
administration and office management.
2. Analyze the system, procedure and practices related to planning and
organizing of office work, controlling employees’ performance, and exercising
leadership skills.
3. Able to deal with the subject matter as they get a job in the future period of
