Process: Analyzing Data

Answer these questions to think about for your presentation:

1. What is the total fat percent for each restaurant? Is the value near
100%? Over 110%? What does this tell the school board members?
2. The school system is under federal guidelines for nutrition. We need
to lower the carb intake for students. Which meal (McDonalds or
Burger King) would be a better meal to choose?
3. We also need to watch the fat intake of our students. Which meal
(McDonalds or Burger King) would be a better meal to choose?
4. Have you heard the saying, “Lesser of two evils?” What do you think it
means? How does it apply here?
5. Are there healthy options to consider.
6. Should you research other healthier options that McDonalds or Burger
King have? If so, can you prepare information on it to present as well.
