What are carbonated beverages?
Carbonated beverages are drinks that have had carbon dioxide added
to them.

According to the Codex Standard for Natural
Mineral Waters 108–1981, there are different
denominations for carbonated waters
according to their carbonation source:
i. Naturally The gas in the water comes from the
same source as the natural mineral water,
carbonated and there is no loss or additional gas after
packaging than the original content
