    Every thing it takes to make some thing.
    Every thing it takes to sell that thing.
    How and what the customer pays.
    MY BUSINESS MODEL:
    My business model is to run travel agency
    that facilitates tourists and travelers all
    over the world.
    Parts explanation of my business model:
    To make something :

    1. Design : it includes the address of my


    office(office no.07 safdar mansion blue area
    islamabad) and no of rooms (07),market
    size(moderate) ,primary costs(10-15 lacks) etc.
    2. Labor: it includes the number of labors that
    works primarly in the office that according to
    my plane is 07.

    1. Marketing : for marketing I will hire one
    male and one female worker over Islamabad
    and Rawalpindi.
    2. Delivering a service: for delivering a service
    we will do contract with TCS companies .
    3. Sale processing: for the attraction of different
    customers we will try to take draw boxes of
    different embassies (Malaysian , Thailand,
    china, Turkish).

    1. Pricing strategy: it includes the payment
    of embassys,tcs, employers and office
    fee etc.
    2. Payment method: customers can pay
    through different online methods or by
    different banks cash on delivery.
