● Based in San Antonio, Texas MERGE provides augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality
(VR) products that have enjoyed enthusiastic adoption by educators. Examples include
TCEA 2019 Best of Show, ISTE 2019 Best of Show, AASL Best Teaching App of 2019,
and our educator group is the most active on Facebook.

● The MERGE EDU software platform provides powerful AR/VR learning and creation
capability to develop 21st Century Learning skills and enable experiential learning.

● MERGE Cubes are soft foam mixed reality school supplies that allow students to hold
virtual objects in their hand when used with the MERGE EDU Platform.

● MERGE Headsets are soft-foam, smartphone powered AR/VR headsets designed to work
with both the MERGE EDU Platform and on a standalone basis for checkout and use in
the classroom and for students to use at home.
