THE YOUTH
All:
God Our Father,
we come
together as
Church, the
Body of Christ
And through
your Holy Spirit,
we pray for our
young people in
this Year of the
Youth.
In your great
mercy, You sent
Jesus, Your
Son,
Who grew up as
a young man
among the
youth and
consecrated
the youth to you
All:
Hear our young
people every
time they
proclaim:
GRADE 7&8: We
are beloved
GRADE 10-12:
We praise You
for Your love for
us,
which saves us
and gives
meaning to our
lives
GRADE 7&8: We
are gifted
GRADE 10-12:
We rejoice over
many gifts You
give us,
enriching us and
our
communities.
GRADE 7&8: We
are Empowered
GRADE 10-12:
We accept Your
Spirit Who
enables us to
share Your love
and grace
especially to
other youth
ALL:
During this year
of the youth,
help the youth
of our nation
encounter
Christ
Who always
looks at us with
love as He did
with the rich
young man
The disciples on
the road to
Emmaus, and
those who seek
Your kingdom.
Form us by Your
Holy Spirit into
credible guides
for our young
people
Like Mary
Magdalene,
witness and
missionary of
the resurrection
To be in
mission: joyfully
proclaiming
Christ who died
and rose again.
Nourish us and
our young
people through
Your Word and
Eucharist,
So we may
always choose
to be life-giving,
especially to
the least, lost
and last.
Together with
our young
people, may we
follow the
example of our
Mother Mary
Whose yes to
you, O God,
gave way to the
fulfillment of
Your divine will.
We make this
prayer through
Christ our Lord.
Amen.

PARDON
YOUR
PEOPLE
Refrain:
Pardon your
people in our
weakness,
give us
strength, Lord
Give us Peace,
Give us Peace.
1. Forgive our
sins, Lord.
Forgive our
failings, they
are many oh
Lord.
Refrain:
Pardon your
people in our
weakness,
give us
strength, Lord
Give us Peace,
Give us Peace.
2. Sometimes
we’re small,
Lord. Narrow in
mind and hearts,
give us your
vision O Lord.
Refrain:
Pardon your
people in our
weakness,
give us
strength, Lord
Give us Peace,
Give us Peace.
Penitential
act
I confess to almighty
God and to you my
brothers and sisters
that I have greatly
sinned
In my thoughts and
in my words in
what I have done
and in what I have
failed to do
Through my fault,
through my fault,
through my most
grievous fault;
Therefore I ask
blessed Mary ever-
virgin, all the angels
and saints,
And, you, my
brothers and sisters
to pray for me to
the Lord our God.

NICENE CREED
I believe in one God,
the Father Almighty
Maker of heaven
and earth, of all
things visible and
invisible
I believe in one
Lord Jesus Christ,
the only begotten
son of God, born of
the father before all
ages.
God from God,
light from light,
true God from
true God.
Begotten not made,
consubstantial with
the father; through
all things were made
For us men and for
our salvation He
came down from
heaven,
And by the holy
spirit was incarnate
of the Virgin Mary
and became man
For our sake, he
was crucified under
Pontius Pilate He
suffered death and
was buried,
And rose again on
the third day in
accordance with the
scripture
He ascended into
heaven and is seated
at the right hand of
the Father.
I believe in the Holy
spirit, the Lord, the
giver of life
Who proceeds from
the Father and the
son,
Who with the
Father and the son
is adored and
glorified, who has
spoken through the
Prophets
I believe in one,
holy, catholic, and
apostolic church.
I confess in one
baptism for the
forgiveness of sins
And I look forward
on the resurrection
of the dead, and the
life of the world to
come. Amen.
PRAYERS OF
THE FAITHFUL
“Lord, our
Savior, listen to
our prayer”
“Lord, hear
our prayer”
ANG
TANGING
ALAY KO
1. Salamat sa
iyo, aking
Panginoon
Hesus.
Ako’y inibig mo,
at inangking
lubos.
Ang tanging
alay ko sa iyo
aking Ama, ay
buong buhay
ko, puso at
kaluluwa.
Di na
makayanang
makapagkaloob
mamahaling
hiyas ni gintong
nilukob.
Ang tanging
dalangin, O
Diyos ay
tanggapin,
ang tanging
alay ko,
Nawa ay
gamitin. Ito
lamang Ama,
wala nang iba
pa akong
hinihiling.
2. Di ko akalain
na ako ay
binigyang-pansin
ang taong tulad
ko di dapat
mahalin.
Ang tanging
alay ko sa iyo
aking Ama, ay
buong buhay
ko, puso at
kaluluwa.
Di na
makayanang
makapagkaloob
mamahaling
hiyas ni gintong
nilukob.
Ang tanging
dalangin, O
Diyos ay
tanggapin,
ang tanging
alay ko,
Nawa ay
gamitin. Ito
lamang Ama,
wala nang iba
pa akong
hinihiling.
All:
May the Lord
accept the
sacrifice at
your hands
For the praise
and Glory of his
name, for our
good and the
good of all his
Holy Church.
SANTO
(Misa Pasyon)
Banal ka Poong
Maykapal!
Banal ang
‘Yong Pangalan!
Banal ang ‘yong
kaharian!
Langit lupa’y
nagpupugay sa
Iyong kadakilaan.
Dinadakila ng
lahat ang
naparito mong
Anak
Na siyang
nagmulat sa
bulag, sa pilay
ay nagpalakad,
at nakirama’y
sa lahat.
AKLAMASYON III
(MISA PASYON)
Sa Krus mo at
pagkabuhay
Kami’y natubos
mong tunay,
Poong Hesus
naming mahal,
iligtas mo kaming
tanan ngayon at
magpa-kailanman
AMEN
(MISA PASYON)
Amen, Amen,
Amen.
AMA NAMIN
(BORAGAY)
Ama namin
sumasalangit
ka. Sambahin
ang ngalan mo.
Mapasaamin
ang kaharian
mo.
Sundin ang loob
mo dito sa lupa
para nang sa
langit
Bigyan mo po
kami ng aming
kakanin sa
araw-araw
At patawarin
kami sa aming
mga sala.
Para ng
pagpapatawad
namin sa nag
kasala sa amin.
At h’wag mo po
kaming
ipahintulot sa
tukso
At iadya mo
kami sa lahat
ng masama.
Sapagkat sa’yo
ang kaharian
kapangyarihan
at kapurihan
Ngayon at
magpakailan
man, ngayon at
magpakailan
man.
All:
Amen
All:
And with your
spirit.
All:
Peace be with
you

SEED
SCATTERED
AND SOWN
DAN FEITEN
Refrain:
Seed, scattered
and sown,
wheat,
gathered and
grown,
Bread, broken
and shared
as one, the
living bread of
God.
Vine, fruit of
the land,
wine, work of
our hands,
One cup that
is shared by
all,
The Living Cup,
the Living
Bread of God.
1…Is not the
bread we
break, a
sharing in our
Lord?
Is not the cup
we bless,
the blood of
Christ
outpoured?
Refrain:
Seed, scattered
and sown,
wheat,
gathered and
grown,
Bread, broken
and shared
as one, the
living bread of
God.
Vine, fruit of
the land,
wine, work of
our hands,
One cup that
is shared by
all,
The Living Cup,
the Living
Bread of God.
2…The seed
which falls on
rock
will wither and
will die.
The seed within
good ground
will flower and
have life.
Refrain:
Seed, scattered
and sown,
wheat,
gathered and
grown,
Bread, broken
and shared
as one, the
living bread of
God.
Vine, fruit of
the land,
wine, work of
our hands,
One cup that
is shared by
all,
The Living Cup,
the Living
Bread of God.
3… As wheat
upon the hills
was gathered
and was grown,
So may the
church of God
be gathered
into one.
Refrain:
Seed, scattered
and sown,
wheat,
gathered and
grown,
Bread, broken
and shared
as one, the
living bread of
God.
Vine, fruit of

WE REMEMBER
We remember
how you loved
us to your
death,
And still we
celebrate, for
you are with
us here;
and we believe
that we will
see you when
you come, in
your glory Lord
We remember,
we celebrate,
we believe.
2. Now we
recreate your
love, we bring
the bread and
wine to share a
meal;
Sign of grace
and mercy,
the presence
of the Lord.
We remember
how you loved
us to your
death,
And still we
celebrate, for
you are with
us here;
And we believe
that we will
see you when
you come, in
your glory Lord
We remember,
we celebrate,
we believe.
CHANGE OUR
HEARTS
Change our
hearts this
time, your word
says it can be
Change our
minds this time:
your life could
make us free
We are the
people your call
set apart. Lord
this time,
change our
hearts.
1. Brought by
your hand to
the edge of our
dreams,
One foot in
paradise, one in
the waste;
drawn by your
promises
Still we are
lured by the
shadows and
the chains you
leave behind.
But…
Change our
hearts this
time, your word
says it can be
Change our
minds this time:
your life could
make us free
We are the
people your call
set apart. Lord
this time,
change our
hearts.
2. Now as we
watch, You
stretch out your
hands
Off’ring
abundances
fullness of joy.
Your milk and
honey seem
distant unreal,
when we have
bread and water
in our hands.
But…Change
our hearts this
time, your word
says it can be
Change our
minds this time:
your life could
make us free
We are the
people your call
set apart. Lord
this time,
change our
hearts.
3. Show us he
way that leads
to your side,
over the
mountains and
sands of the
soul.
Before us
manna water
from the stone
Light which
says we never
walk alone.
But…
Change our
hearts this
time, your word
says it can be
Change our
minds this time:
your life could
make us free
We are the
people your call
set apart. Lord
this time,
change our
hearts.
VIRGIN OF
THE POOR
Virgin of the
poor, behold
your children.
You call us to
come closer to
you.
You warm with
your love, our
hearts so
worthless.
By means of
your smile, so
sweet, so true.
Refrain:
Ave, Ave, Ave
Maria
Ave, Ave, Ave
Maria.
You come to
relieve our
every
suffering,
your heart
opens wide to
great and
small.
You give to the
sick your
consolation,
so great is your
tender love
for all.
(Repeat Refrain)
Refrain:
Ave, Ave, Ave
Maria
Ave, Ave, Ave
Maria.
