can help out to select the suitable employee for the organization.

research problem is called a research methodology.
Source of data:-
Primary data: - Primary data is collected directly from the customers through
questioners and telephoning interview.
Survey area: - Survey area is Agartala Big bazaar.
Secondary data: - Secondary data is collected from the internet, Articles, Journal
etc.
Instrument:-
Questionnaire: - A Questionnaire prepared with formal set of question and
responses were collected.
Sample size: - Sample size is 50.
STATISTICAL TOOLS: The tables, graphs and column charts are used for
analyzing the data.
