 Outline of AXF Verification Tool
“AXF Verification Tool” allows you to verify and confirm health and integrity of AXF series
without removing flowmeters from line. By performing this verification tool, ±2% of original
factory calibration is confirmed (±5% when standard verification only). If all verification items
are achieved and passed, “±2% of original factory calibration” is confirmed even when
it’s passed five or ten years.
Verification results can be printed out and save as data base of FieldMate. It is designed to help
reduce your operating costs and optimized for reporting, periodic maintenance, adhesion check
and so on.

 Demand of AXF Verification Tool
In accordance with Rules and Regulation of EPA(Environmental
Protection Agency) in US, owner of a facility is subject to requirements
to submit annual GHG(Greenhouse Gas) reports to the Administrator.
Flowmeters has to be performed all calibrations at measurement points
to improve wasteful operation. The calibration error at each
measurement points shall not exceed 5% of reference value.

CO2, CH4, N2O and fluorinated GHG have to

be monitored to meet emission standards.

For optimized plant

operation,
flowmeters have to
be calibrated!
