Guide
General Objectives

To be familiarize into Eltek Commissioning


Set properly the standard parameters
Activate some features incorporated into Eltek
rectifier system
Tools Needed

 Laptop
 PowerSuite software
 LAN cable
Accessing Eltek Rectifier System
Access via LAN cable
 Set Laptop IP Address into 192.168.10.21/24

Open Web Browser


 Type on the URL; 192.168.10.20

 UN & PW: admin

 Click System Conf

 Check the needed set up

 Rectifier Standby: 1.85
 Battery Disconnect: 1.8
 Battery Reconnect: 1.9666
 Rectifier OSV limit: 2.4583

*-depends on the battery specs

 Rectifier Failure: Alarm Output 81.2
 Mains Fail: Alarm Output 81.3
 Battery Low Voltage: Alarm Output 81.4
 Load MCB Fail: Alarm Output 81.5
 Battery MCB Fail: Alarm Output 81.5
 High Temperature: Alarm Output 81.6
 Symmetry Fault: Alarm Output 81.6

 Enable efficiency manager
 Rectifier-off delay: 10
 Shuffle time: 2
 Apply then Ok

Click LoadBank 1
 Click LoadFuse 1
Commissioning Proper: Load
Set the following:
 Click Enable
 Alarm Group: Load MCB Fail
 Apply then Ok
Commissioning Proper: Battery
Click Battery
 Click Status Tab
 Click Battery Voltage
Commissioning Proper: Battery
Set the following
 Click Enable
 Major High: 57
 Minor High: 57
 Alarm Group: High Voltage
 Minor Low: 48
 Major Low: 48
 Alarm Group: Low Voltage
 Apply then Ok
Commissioning Proper: Battery
Click Battery
 Click Status Tab
 Click Battery Temp
Commissioning Proper: Battery
Set the following
 Click Enable
 Major High: 40 (35*)
 Minor High: 35 (30*)
 Alarm Group: High Temp
 Apply then Ok

 Click Enable
 Disconnect Voltage: 43.2
 Reconnect Voltage: 47.2
 Apply then Ok

 Click Configuration Tab
 Number of banks: 1
 Number of Strings: 4
 Description:
 Capacity AH: 150
Commissioning Proper: Battery
Click Battery
 Enable Temp comp
 Reference voltage: 2.25
 Reference temp: 25
 Temp slope: 3*
 Min comp voltage: 2.1*
 Max comp voltage: 2.35*

 Click Current Limitation
 Enable Current Limitation
 Enable string current limit
 Set Current Limit: 60*
 Apply then Ok

 Next start date: yyyy-mm-dd
 Next start time: HH:MM
 Interval period: 90*

 Apply then Ok
