    Summary
    - The trial was carried out by changing LTE Inter Frequency reselection priority on “TAMAML” site

    - Reselection Priority is set to : L2600 = 6,L1800 = 5

    - Note ,current setting in the network is same priority to both the LTE layers.

    - Trials results shows ,

    DL PRB usage and Average number of user are more balanced or increased in L2600 layer at
    cell level and Enode B level ,CSSR and DCR remain stable.

    Background:
     Maxis requirement is to offload the congested layer L1800 during the busy hour and ensure the overall load
    sharing between L1800 and L2600 layers.
     As a part of one of the solution to remove this congestion, reselection priority change trial is done.
    Site Selection:
     Site Selection is done based mention considerations :
     DL PRB Utilization in Busy hour from last five days trend.
     Average number of traffic Users

     “TAMA(TAMAML3)” which was chosen as a Trial site as it was having PRB utilization around 50% consistently
    and with maintained average number of users around 75.

    Trials Gains and Network Impact
    Gains :
     With this change all the capable UEs with LTE 2600Mhz Band will get prioritize to L2600 layer for initial cell
    camping.
     It will also work as one of the congestion solution for LTE 1800 layer which is started getting congested for some
    cells in busy hour.
     Will also improve efficiency of L2600 layer as well User DL throughput as UE’s camping on L2600 layer ,they will
    be able to use more RBs.

    Impact :
     Only reselection priority is changed and remaining parameters will as per default settings .Reference given as per
    below.
     This trial don’t have any risk or service impact.
