Includes :- 18 in Coding Team, 02 in Architects, 04
in Sales Team.
Year 1 closed with Modest Revenue of 1 Corer.
Feedback was good as sold to 2 Customers.
In 2nd year CEO focused on:-

us to prepare Human Recourse Plan for 2 year for their

I) MANAGERIAL JUDGEMENT: As the
organisation is small, we will follow tOP-dOWN
approach in which the people of higher posts
decide what is lacking.
II)DELPHI METHOD: i.e. involvement of experts
not needed as organisation is in quite good
position and small.
