“GRAHAK TELECOM”
 QUESTION:
GRAHAK TELECOME a mobile phone service
business.
1 Year Start-up with current inventory employees of 25
 Includes :- 18 in Coding Team, 02 in Architects, 04
in Sales Team.
Year 1 closed with Modest Revenue of 1 Corer.
Feedback was good as sold to 2 Customers.
In 2nd year CEO focused on:-
› CUSTOMER STATISFACTION,
› TARGET FOR NEW 5 CUSTOMERS,
* As 1 year start-up they do not have time, So they want
us to prepare Human Recourse Plan for 2 year for their
ROUGH HRP PLAN:
Why HRP is being done????

is being done because there
is need of employees in the
organistion for the
"Expansion" of organistion.
1: Organisation Goals And
Objectives:
»To increase the number of customers
»To increase the profit for the
organisation.
 1st year: Increase in number of
the employees
 2nd year: To Aim for turnover of
4 crores.
2: Current Inventories:

25 employees, 18 people in coding team, 2 architects,


4 member sales team.

Addition of 5 new customers, total 7 customers..
7 customers- 87.5 : 6 : 7 : 12
So the company will need approx. 150+ employees.
> CONCLUSION: Shortage of 100+ employees as
there is need.
> SOLUTION: To target more number of
employees.
3: Demand Forecasting:

QUALITATIVE:
I) MANAGERIAL JUDGEMENT: As the
organisation is small, we will follow tOP-dOWN
approach in which the people of higher posts
decide what is lacking.
II)DELPHI METHOD: i.e. involvement of experts
not needed as organisation is in quite good
position and small.
QUANTITATIVE:

I) TREND ANALYSIS:

It is not possible as the company has the age of only


1 year.

According to the trend going in other companies,


we must first increase the number of employees
and then focus on new customers.

CONCLUSION: The company is improving in the


case of
"customer satisfaction".
4:SUPPLY FORECASTING:

» Internal supply : All the initial 49 employees will


be promoted.
» Recall of 30 laid-off employees.
» External supply: Rest 45-50 employees will be
recruited from the reference of employees
working in the company to avoid expenditure on
recruitment and to save time.
