• To identify the hazards at the workplace and their effects to the


worker.

• To come out with appropriate ideas in order to eliminate and


minimize the risk of the hazards.

JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS
A procedure ad rule to helps integrate and accepted safety and health principles and practices into a particular
task or job operation.

Advantages of having JSA

- meet the safety standards

- teach new employees.

- increase the communication between workers and supervisors

Function of JSA

-as a standard for safety inspections.

- to assist in completing accident investigation.

- as a briefing guide for infrequent jobs.


HIRARC
An instrument to identify hazards, analyze and assess its that associated risk and
then apply the suitable control measures.
