Hello!
Hi students!
Welcome to our very first lesson! Today,
we will be practicing some self love:)
1. What is Self Love?
Brainstorm a couple ideas!

self love is

Self Love is defined as the care


for one’s own well-being and
happiness. It's as simple as
caring for yourself!

In more simple words:

✘ You take care of yourself


✘ You treat yourself kindly
✘ You accept yourself as you are
Treat yourself like you would treat a friend!
Showing kindness, appreciation, and
encouragement are just a few ways you can
practice self love.

A quick way we
can practice self
love is by...
Self affirmations! We
practiced a few self
affirmations with you all
when we visited but as a
refresher, self affirmations
are compliments to
yourself!
On a piece of scratch paper
or sticky note, write down at
least two self affirmations
today! If you remember to,
read them every morning or
