• MS – Team is Learning Technology Hub which
allows all kind online learning activities

• Laptop / Smart Phone with Microsoft Team


Installed.
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 2
MBPS.
• Headset is required for clear audio output.

Responsibility of the Teacher

• Team Creation
• Joining the students – Manually or Join Code
• Sharing the material (video / URL / PPT) through post /
files.
• Scheduling the Meeting.
• Join 5 minutes early.
• Ask to Join - students
• Instruct & Mute Participants
• Only 20% of the session, teacher has to show their face
• Record the Session
• Share the Screen

Responsibility of the Student
• Check Notification & Join Meeting.
• Mute the Microphone during session, If any doubts to be
discussed, he/she may un-mute the microphone and raise
the question once the teacher has completed their
presentation.
• interact / raise questions – Chat option for interaction
(offline).
• submit the assignment and attend the quiz.
• Absent student shall review the Meeting recorded.
• To Check the feedback and grade provided by the faculty

Format of the Session
• 60 Minutes per Session
– Introduction - 5 minutes
– Assessing the students through a quiz on the video / PPT
material - 5 Minutes
– Presenting  / Clearing doubts of the topic - 30 Minutes
– Recapping the session - 5 Minutes
– Discussing the problem - 5 Minutes
– Discussing the Assignment and Quiz to be shared to
students- 5 Minutes
• After the online session, the faculty has to create the
Assignment and Quiz and share with students and
remind them through the post.

Way of Handling the Session

• Faculty shall appear and deliver the session for


only 20% of the session (12 Minutes).
• During the rest of the session, faculty delivers
through
– Their Screen for Application Demonstration /
Coding process
– White Board
– Sharing PPT & Document
– Live problem solving through Camera & Note –
Pen

HoDs Responsibility
• should be member / participant in all the teams
(subjects) handled by the department staff.
• has to check / review the PPT / Video material
submitted.
• has to participate in the session / meeting and get
the details of number of participants attending
each session by a random visit.

evaluated and the grade sheet of the teacher as
and when required.
