It is an abusive, unprofessional style called “


bossing people around”
DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP
The management style which includes one or
more employes in decision making process.

Everyone is given the opportunity to


participate ,communication flows freely and
suggestions are made in both directions.

The participation encourages members


commitment for the final decision.
LAISSEZ-FREE

This leadership style gives power to
subordinates to make the decisions.

Managers have very little personal influence


and they delegate almost everything.

However the leader is still responsible for the


decisions that are made.
