SAIL, Salem, the production industry has been


an addition to our list of manufacturing
processes, where we wanted to be self sustained.

Initially, set up for providing export quality Steel


of various specifications for varied building
requirements.
Success follows hard work thus asking us to
expand our production divisions to cater the needs

of other local manufactures.


Salem, known for the Mango, is India's largest
producer and exporter of Mangoes.

This paved the way for us to provide high quality


of Mangoes in chilled containers, as a special
requirement.

services.

Purchasing supervisor/stores inventory controller is


consolation with MD is responsible for the purchasing
activity.

All the suppliers are evaluated and approved on the


basis of the rating record of supplying materials.

Generally purchases are made from the approved


suppliers.

The main raw material of packaging is iron.

First the iron is converted into linar.

Second the linar is covered by Steel according to


required sizes.

After that Grissing & Slatting process has done.
