the real possibility that
students are experiencing
quite different educational
opportunities.
Professional Development

 Teachers were encouraged to attend in-


services courses, seminars, and
conferences. Teachers should also share
actively in their weekly meetings on
pedagogical insights and
administrative/logistical requirements
to enhance each other’s professional
developments.
Teaching and learning would
not be possible without
committed and skillful teachers
who are on the ground
implementing the day-to-day
lessons in their respective
classrooms.
