The key takeaways are that the TCS campus in Siruseri, Chennai was designed for 30,000 employees across 12 engineering blocks arranged around a central spine with landscaped areas and water bodies. It utilizes sustainable design principles with an emphasis on natural ventilation.

The campus employs a 'butterfly concept' with the 6 engineering blocks arranged around a central 320m long spine area. It aims to channel winds from the sea with curved forms and corridors along the wings for ventilation and access.

The engineering blocks are ground plus 5-7 floors arranged in two wings around a central circular admin core. Each block has two entry/exit cores with elevators and stairs. Employees have 100sqft workstations with bridges connecting the north and south wings.
