CHAPTER 4

THE FIRST LEADERSHIP

CONVERSATION:
YOU NEED NO TITLE TO BE A
LEADER
We have a lot more
power than we think.
And a lot more control
over the way our life
unfold
That most of us seem to
understand.
Each of us can make the decision
to do our work and perform it so
well that people can’t take their
eyes off us.
 Lucky breaks are nothing more than unexpected rewards
for intelligent choices we’ve chosen to make.

 Success don’t just happen because someone’s stars line up.

Success, both in business and personally is something that’s
consciously created.

 People dream of having it all but aren’t willing to roll up

their sleeves and put in efforts.
We wish for something better
rather than realising that often
everything we’re actually
searching for lies exactly where
we are.
Great spirits have
always
encountered
opposition from
mediocre minds.
You learn to walk by falling. You learn to lead by
trying. But any misstep brings you close to the
perfect step.
NATURAL POWERS

Natural power 1:
Every one of us alive in this moment has the power to go work each day
and express the Absolute Best within us. And you need no title to do that.

Natural power 2:
Every one of us alive today has the power to inspire, influence, and
elevate each person we meet by the gift of a great example. And you
need no title to do that.
Natural power 3:
Every one of us alive with life can passionately drive positive change in
the face of negative conditions. And you need no title to do that.

Natural power 4:
Every one of us alive to the truth about leadership can treat all
stakeholders with respect, appreciation, and kindness-and in so doing
raise the organisation’s culture to best of breed. And you need no title
to do that.
No matter what your position within any
organization is, and no matter how old are you ,
or where u live throughout the world, you have
the power to show leadership.
And no one and nothing can ever
deny you that.
Its profound choice to stop pretending to be
a victim and to start presenting yourself as a
leader.
Personal authority that comes
automatically when you express
your leadership powers has
more influence and impact on
people around you than formal
authority that comes with the
title.
Generally people who are good at
making excuses are usually not good
at doing much else.
People have dropped lust for creativity and
drived to be different.

Customers and people around you want

fresh value.

People are too scared to be original these

days.
Small daily
improvements

Overtime

Leads to
stunning results.
The starting point of moving to
mastery is to raise the
expectations you set for
yourself.

If a person takes a single step to work for his goal,
he’s already halfway there.

Work offers a daily platform to discover the leader

within yourself.
Be confident in your skin.

Don’t try becoming someone else.

Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has
courage to lose sight of the shore.
If you are wrong, then God will certainly
punish you in one way or the other. BUT
you will never go wrong in doing what’
right.
