    NewPhone Enrollment Process with Intune

    Prerequisites :
    - iphone Updated to last 12.4.1 version ( Old and New Devices)
    - Phone Passcode ( 6 digits Minimum)
    - Phone Backup Password
    - User Apple Id an Password
    - Windows Username and Password
    - Mfa enrollement
    - Mailbox Migrated to EXO
    1.Itunes ( Phone needs to be update on
    version 12.4.1 )
    1. Itunes ( Please ensure Local computer Hard
    drive have enough space)
    - Local backup storage location is :
    - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Apple
    Computer\MobileSync\Backup

    - Select Back up Now ( Encryption Password is needed ) if the phone


    was never backed up please set one ( suggestion :use user passcode )
    2.New phone setup
    Phone Start up

    Wifi Name is : W_mobiles


    Password : Casa2020
    2.New phone setup
    Select don’t transfert app Please select next Ferrero Profiles
    and data will be installed on the phone
    3.Restore Data from previous phone
    • Ensure you have the correct
    recovery passcode
    • Plug the Iphone on your
    computer
    • Prepare The user apple id and
    Password for next step
    After Restore at restart you will be asked to set
    those settings :

    First select :Set up later in settings


    Second step : Set the 6 digit passcode
    ( mandatory) Provided by the user
    3.Restore Data from previous phone
    • Please select next Ferrero
    Profiles will be installed on the
    phone
    Company portal( Intune will be installed
    automatically) user will be prompt for apple
    password also. Please open company portal
    4.Enroll the phone in intune (company
    portal)

    Please put :
    Username@ferre
    ro.com

    • On the old Phone approve the


    connection from the Microsoft
    authenticator app on the old

    Press Continue

    5.Microsoft Authenticator Configuration

    Please install app from


    company portal app
    list :
    Step 1 :
    • Open MFA portal via this link :
    https://mfaportal.ferrero.com/MultiFactorAuth/
    • Put username and password of the user
    Step 2 :
    • Approve the connection via
    the MFA app on the old phone
    Step 3 :
    • Delete the phone profil
    on the MFA web portal
    Step 4 :
    • Generate new QR code
    to link the new phone
    • (Keep the second
    page open like the
    exemple for
    the STEP 5)
    Step 5 :
    • Open the MFA application on the new phone and scan the QR code
    Step 6 :
    • Do the activation and approuve the connection
    on your phone
    6. RSA SecurID Software Token (Only if
    installed on old phone)

    Please install app


    from company
    portal app list
    Find the Biding ID
    • Open the app • Click on (bottom right)
    • Find the Binding ID
    • Send the binding Id to :

    DLL-lux22-iPhone_support
    Import the token
    • After sending the Binding you will receive an email back with a link
    inside; by clicking on the link it will import the token in the app
    directly

    • If you cannot click on the link directly you can copy it and paste it in
    the app :

    • Click on (bottom left)


    • Then you will have an icon “ + “
    • You can choose “Enter Link”
    7.Personal app Installation
    • On the phone you will find all
    the users personal app available.
    • By taping on the cloud nest to
    the app apps we be installed ,
    you will perhaps be asked for the
    user itunes password.
