Campaign This tab allow the user to create campaign and view details of

Leads Use this tab to view New & existing Leads created by Scanners and perform necessary actions.

Customers Use this tab to view details of New & existing Customers.

Contacts Use this tab to view details of New & existing Contacts.

Opportunities This tab allows CRM Users to view & access new and existing Opportunities they are working on.

Case This tab allows the user to Create case & to view existing cases

Quote This tab allows the user to view and Create their quotes

Contract This tab allows the user to Create and view their contracts.

Order Use this tab to view and Create orders.

 Click on Campaign Tab
 Click on New
 Select Record Type as Campaign
 Click on Continue
 Enter the campaign details
 Click on Save button
 Click on submit for Approval.
