Existing IT infrastructure in place and key findings:

• Warehouse Management System- Under Planning phase, as of now maintenance of these


records are on custom developed ERP.

• Retail Stores operate with partial help of ERP system and scan guns. Paperwork is still there.

• CRM not in place and no platform for seamless digital strategy orchestration.

• No direct customer outreach.

• POS system distributed needs optimization and seamless connectivity to central information
system.
