Introduction
Collect RTWP information , select the maximum value every day and calculate the average during the week.
Categorize the cells as follows:
“Extremely Severe” if RTWP value >= -86
“Severe” if RTWP value >= -92
“Degradation” if RTWP value >= -96
“Risk” if RTWP value >= -99
Else “Clean Cell”

Check Cells under “Extremely Severe” and “Severe” category:

Major Reason for high RTWP can be as mentioned below. Refer document guidelines to deal with each
scenario.

1- RTWP can be high because of high number of users/traffic (Refer high traffic solutions)
2- RTWP can be high because of some hardware issues / PIM (Refer PIM test guidelines)
3- RTWP can be high because of any External Interference. (Refer FFT test Guidelines)

General Troubleshooting Process
First check if High RTWP is related with high number of user/traffic or not

High RTWP due to high number of Users. The mean RTWP is -106dbm when idle hours. We need to Optimize
such issues using High Traffic solutions to improve RTWP

High RTWP not related with high number of users in above case. We need to check for internal or external
interference in such cases and take actions accordingly to improve RTWP.

PIM and Hardware issue verification
Hardware issue like path imbalance, PIM can be found as shown bellow from this analysis.

Abnormal RTWP delta between two antenna ports as highlighted above.
