1.锅炉整体布置
Boiler general layout 超高压自然循环锅炉，一次中间再热，M型布置。总体上分为主回路、尾部、空预器
三部份
The boiler is super-high pressure CFB boiler, having such characteristics as
natural circulation, once intermediate reheat and M type arrangement, and is
generally divided into three parts: main loop, rear part and air preheater.

3.锅炉烟风系统提供的动能来启动和维持的。
Boiler gas/air system 从一次风机出来的空气分成三路送入炉膛：第一路，
经一次风空气预热器加热后的热风从两侧墙进入炉膛底
部的水冷风室，通过布置在布风板上的风帽使床料流化，
并形成向上通过炉膛的气固两相流；第二路，热风用于
炉前分布式多点给煤；第三路，未经预热器加热的冷风
作为播煤密封风送入给煤机。
The circulation of materials inside the CFB boiler

is initiated and maintained by kinetic energy
provided by forced draft fan and induced draft fan.
The air which comes out of primary air fans is
fed into furnace in three paths: in the first path,
hot air heated by primary air preheater goes into
the water cooled plenum at the bottom of furnace
from both side walls, and then passes through air
nozzles arranged on the air distributing plate to
fluidize bed materials, forming gas-solid two
phase flow which goes up through the furnace; in
the second path, the hot air is used for multi-point
coal feeding in front of the boiler; in the third path,
cold air which is not preheated is fed into coal
feeder as the air swept sealing air.

Boiler gas/air system 烟气及其携带的固体粒子离开炉膛，通过布置在水冷壁后墙上的
分离器进口烟道进入旋风分离器，在分离器里绝大部分物料颗粒从烟
气流中分离出来；另一部分烟气流则通过旋风分离器中心筒引出，由
分离器出口烟道引至尾部竖井烟道，从前包墙及中间包墙上部的烟窗
进入前后烟道并向下流动，冲刷布置其中的水平对流受热面管组，将
热量传递给受热面，而后烟气流经鳍片管省煤器、空气预热器后再进
入除尘器，最后，由引风机抽进烟囱，排入大气。
The hot secondary air heated by secondary air preheater is fed

into the furnace in two stages through secondary bellow at front and
rear walls of furnace lower part.
The flue gas and entrained solid particles go into the cyclone
separator through cyclone separator inlet gas duct after they come
out of the furnace. Most of the particles are separated from the flue
gas by the separator. The flue gas is educed through central cylinder
of the cyclone and then it is introduced to rear shaft from separator
outlet gas duct and goes into the front and rear gas ducts from the
gas windows at the upper part of the front cage wall and middle cage
wall and flows downwards, eroding the horizontal convective heating
surfaces arranged in the gas ducts and transferring the heat to the
heating surfaces. After exchanging heat with the heating surface, it
enters into the dust cleaner through finned tube economizer and air
preheater, and finally is discharged into atmosphere by induced draft
fan through chimney.
3.锅炉烟风系统
Boiler gas/air system
“U”阀回料器共配备有三台高压头的流化风机，每
台风机出力为50%，正常运行时，其中两台运行、一台
备用。
锅炉采用平衡通风，压力平衡点位于炉膛出口；在
整个烟风系统中均要求设有调节挡板，运行时便于控制、
调节。
The U valve material return device is equipped

with three sets of high-head fluidization air fans.
The output of each air fan is 50%. Two sets of air
fans are put into operation and one set is standby
during normal operation.
The boiler adopts balanced draft. The
pressure balanced point is at the outlet of the
furnace. Control dampers should be arranged in
the whole system for the convenience of control
and adjusting during operation.

1.省煤器
Economizer 省煤器布置在锅炉尾部烟道内，采用H型鳍片管结构，由二个
水平管组组成，双圈绕顺列布置。
The economizer arranged in the rear pass consists of
two (2) horizontal tube banks made up of H-type finned
tubes in two-tube-coiled structure and in line
arrangement.
省煤器管子采用常规防磨保护措施：省煤器管组迎风面及蒸汽
吹灰器四周管壁设有防磨盖板，管组与四周墙壁间装设防止烟
气偏流的均流板。
Normal anti-abrasive methods are taken to protect
economizer tubes. For example, anti-corrosive cover
plates are installed at the windward surface of
economizer tube bank and the tube walls close to steam
sootblowers, and flow equalization boards are installed
between tube banks and the surrounding tube walls to
prevent the gas from deflecting.
给水从省煤器进口集箱左右侧两端引入，流经省煤器管组，最
后从出口集箱的右侧通过连接管从锅筒筒身右侧引入。
Feedwater is introduced into economizer inlet header
from its left side and right side, passes through
economizer tube banks and finally enters into drum
through its right side via connecting pipe after leaving
the economizer outlet header from its right side.

2.锅筒
Drum
锅筒位于炉前顶部，横跨炉宽方向。锅筒起着锅炉蒸发回路的贮水器的功用，在它内部装有分
离设备以及加药管，给水分配管和排污管。锅筒由两根U形吊杆将其悬吊于顶板梁上。其内部
设备主要有:
The drum is located at the top of the boiler, across the furnace width, which is used for
water storage of boiler evaporating loop. Within the drum, separating device, dosing
tubes, feedwater distributing pipes and blowdown pipes are installed. The drum is
suspended from top plate girder via two U-shaped hangers. Its main internal
equipments are shown as follows:
锅筒总长约18m，由筒体和封头组成。筒体长15.4m， φ1780×90 13MnNiMo5-4 。左右封
头各布置两套电接点水位计及无盲区双色水位计。
With the total length about 18m, the drum consists of the shell and heads. The shell is
15.4m in length, φ1780×90 in specification and 13MnNiMo5-4 in material . Two sets of
electric contact water level gauges and no-blind-area dual-color water level gauges are
arranged at left and right heads.
2.锅筒
Drum
1）卧式汽水分离器---共114只，两排平行布置。
Horizontal steam water separator——114 sets in total, horizontally arranged in two
rows.
2）干燥箱--------------“W”型立式波形板干燥箱，共43只。
Dry cabinet——43 sets in total, W-shaped vertical corrugated plate dry cabinet.
3）给水分配管--------给水管单端引入锅筒，用三通接出两根沿锅筒长度的多孔管分配水。
Feed water distribution pipes—— one end of feedwater pipe is connected to the drum
and two perorated pipelines are induced by tee for water distribution along the drum
length.
4）连续排污管--------为多孔管，在锅筒中部用三通汇成单根后由一端引出。
Continuous blowdown pipes——perforated pipes, which are converged into one pipe
by tee in the middle part of drum and then routes out.
5）加药管--------------与汽包等长，在其底部开有小孔。特殊的化学物质，通常为磷酸三钠经
外部化学品供给系统的泵进入锅筒，并与炉水在锅筒中彻底混合，以实现所要求的化学控制指
标。
Dosing tube——its length is equal to that of drum and there are small openings at the
bottom. Special chemical substance, usually sodium phosphate, goes into drum from
the pump of the external chemical supply system, and completely mixes with boiler
water in the drum so as to realize the required chemical control index.
2.锅筒

锅筒水位标示：
本锅炉正常水位在锅筒中心线下76mm处，水位正常波动范围为正常水位上下76mm，高于或低于
此范围的长期运行将影响分离器的性能。如果锅筒水位高于正常水位的125mm（最高安全水位或
高报警水位），DCS发出警报，并可开启锅筒紧急放水；如果高于正常水位200mm（最最高水位
或高水位跳闸），锅炉自动停炉。高水位引起卧式分离器内水泛滥，降低汽水分离能力；低水位时
也会使分离器效率降低，湿蒸汽离开汽包进入过热器系统。如果锅筒水位低于正常水位的200mm
（最低安全水位或低警报水位），DCS发出警报；如果低于正常水位280mm（最最低水位或低水
位跳闸），锅炉自动停炉。
Drum water level indication:
The normal water level of drum is at 76mm below the drum centerline. The normal fluctuation range of
water level is 76mm above or below the normal water level. The boiler operating with the drum water level
above or below this allowable range for a long time will affect the performance of separator. If the drum
water level is 125mm higher than the normal water level (the highest safe water level or high alarm water
level), DCS will send an alarm and open drum emergency water discharge. If the water level is 200mm
higher than the normal water level (high high water level or high water level trip), boiler will shut down
automatically. High water level will result in water flood in the horizontal separator and reduce the
separation ability, and low water level will also reduce the efficiency of separator and make the wet steam
go to SH system after leaving drum. If the drum water level is 200mm lower than the normal water level
(the minimum safe water level or low alarm water level), DCS will send an alarm, while if it is 280mm lower
than the normal water level (low low water level or low water level trip), boiler will shut down
automatically.

燃烧室、冷却式旋风分离器和U阀回料器组成的固体颗粒主回路是循环流化床锅炉的关键。燃烧室由水冷壁前墙、后墙、两
侧墙构成。
The solid particle main loop, which consists of combustion chamber, cooled cyclone separator and U valve
material return device, is the key part of CFB boiler. The combustion chamber consists of front, rear and side
waterwalls.
水冷壁管子规格材质：φ60×6 .5 20G，布风板管子规格材质：φ82.6×12.7 20G
The specification and material of waterwall tube: φ60×6 .5, 20G; the specification and material of air distributor
tube: φ82.6×12.7 20G
风室管子规格材质： φ51×6 20G

前墙给煤：6个给煤口均布布置

两侧进风；床上床下联合点火：4只床下风道点火油枪，油枪总容量约为12％BMCR；4只床上油枪，其油枪总容量约为

炉前布置一片双面受热的双面水冷壁，布置8片屏式过热器、 4片屏式再热器
Double-sided heated division waterwall is arranged in front of the furnace. 8 pieces of platen superheater and 4
pieces of platen reheater are arranged.
炉膛的前后墙布置有三层二次风口，上下层二次风风量可灵活进行调节。
Three layers of secondary air ports are arranged along the front and rear walls of furnace. The secondary air
volume of upper and lower layers can be adjusted flexibly.

4.高温冷却式旋风分离器

管子规格材质：φ42×6 20G
介质流程：饱和蒸汽经汽包出来进入分离器入口
烟道上集箱向下冷却管屏进入分离器入口烟道下
集箱，再通过连接管进入分离器下部环形集箱，
蒸汽向上冷却分离器管屏，流出分离器上部环形
集箱，通过连接管引入侧包墙集箱。
烟道进出口连接方式：
进口与炉膛采用非金属膨胀节连接；出口通过中
心筒采用非金属膨胀节与出口烟道连接。
The specification and material of tubes ： φ42×6

20G
The process of medium: coming out of the drum, the
saturated steam is directed to the upper header of
separator through connecting pipes and flows
downwards to cool the gas duct, and then it enters
into the lower ring header of separator through
connecting pipes and flows upwards to cool the
separator tube panels. After that, it is directed to the
side cage walls headers through connecting pipes
from upper ring header of separator.
Gas duct inlet and outlet connection mode:
Non-metal expansion joint are adopted for the
connection of inlet and furnace; non-metal
expansion joint are adopted for the connection
between non-metal expansion and the cylinder.
优点：
1. 耐火材料用量比绝热分离器减少90％
2. 有利于锅炉的启停和调幅,节约启动耗油量约70％
3. 有利于吸收未燃尽燃料（包括焦炭和CO）二次燃烧产生热量，
防止分离器内结焦
Advantages ：
1.Reduction of refractory material consumption by 90%
compared to heat isolation separator.
2.In favor of boiler start/stop and load peak adjustment to
save about 70% of start-up oil consumption.
3. In favor of absorption of energy produced by secondary
combustion of unburned fuel (including coke and CO) to
prevent coking inside separator .
优点：
4. 与炉膛之间胀差小，结构简单，具有更可靠的密封性
5. 在石油焦等灰份极少的炉型中表现出极高的分离效率
6. 维护费用低
7. 采用常规外保温，减少q5
Advantages ：
4.Small expansion differential between separator and
furnace and simple structure with more reliable sealing
performance.
5.High separation efficiency for low ash content fuel such as
petroleum coke .
6. Low maintenance costs .
7. Reduced q5 due to conventional external insulation.
4.高温冷却式旋风分离器---中心筒

The specification and material of center cylinder：

Fixing mode: it is fixed on the pre-welded plate
at the outer surface of separator tube panel by
welding.
Reasonable center cylinder diameter and
insertion depth, and the design of internal
spoiler guarantee the reliability and high
efficiency of center cylinder.
5. 一分为二的U阀回料器
Divided U valve material return device
回料器立管内空φ1510，筒体直径φ2330
保温耐磨厚度为400mm
返料管内空φ1070，筒体直径φ1890
保温耐磨厚度为400mm
整个回料器支撑在构架梁上，支撑点为膨胀
零点，向上膨胀
膨胀节连接：与上部分离器及下部水冷壁均
采用金属膨胀节连接，吸收膨胀差。
The internal diameter of material return device vertical tube is
φ1510, the diameter of barrel is φ2330.
The thickness of insulation and wear-resisting layers is 400mm
The internal diameter of material return tube is φ1070, the
diameter of barrel is φ1890.
The thickness of insulation and wear-resisting layers is 400mm
The whole material return device is supported on the frame
girder. The supporting point is the zero point of expansion. The
expansion goes upward.
Expansion joint connection: metal expansion joints are adopted
for the connection of both the upper separator and lower
waterwall to absorb the expansion difference.
优点：
1. 回料器阻力兼顾密封与返料
2. 回料器点多
3. 针对煤质特点设置回料风，防止结焦
4. 外表面温度低
Advantages：
1. The resistance of material return device
realizes both sealing and material
returning;
2. Multiple points for material return devices;
3. Material return air is adopted according to
coal characteristics to avoid coking;
4. Lower outer surface temperature.
通过回料器放灰调节粒径分布，从而改
变固气比和吸热份额，以适应各种煤质
The particle size distribution is adjusted

through ash discharge by the material
return device, thus changing solid and gas
ratio and heat absorption shares and
making the material return device be
adaptable for various kinds of coals.
炉膛、分离器及回料器组成循环流化床锅炉的主循环回路，是流化床
锅炉的核心部件。
The main circulation loop of CFB boiler consists of furnace,
separator and material return device, which is the key
component of CFB boiler.
6. 低温过热器
LT superheater
低温过热器位于尾部对流竖井后烟道下部，低温过热器
由两组沿炉体宽度方向布置的三绕水平管圈组成，顺列、
逆流布置。
LT superheater, consisting of two banks of
horizontal tube coils (three-tube-coiled) in line
arrangement across the width of the boiler, is
located in the lower rear flue of the rear pass
(counter to the gas flow).
低温过热器管束通过固定块固定在尾部包墙上，随包墙
一起膨胀，蒸汽从中间包墙下集箱引入，与烟气呈逆向
流动经过低温过热器管束后进入低温过热器出口集箱，
再从出口集箱的两端引出。
The tube banks are fixed on the enclosure wall
through fixing pieces and expands together with
the enclosure wall. Steam is introduced into LTS
from middle enclosure wall lower header, led into
LTS outlet header after passing through LTS tube
banks (counter to the gas flow), and then led out
from the outlet header.
6. 低温过热器
低温过热器采取常规的防磨保护措施，
LT superheater 每组低过管组入口与四周墙壁间装设防
止烟气偏流的阻流板，每组低过管组前
排管子迎风面及蒸汽吹灰器喷枪四周管
壁采用防磨盖板。
管子规格材质：φ51×5.5 15CrMoG
沿炉宽度方向布置了50排管组，节距254
Normal anti-abrasive methods are adopted
to protect LTS tubes. For example, baffles
are installed between the inlet of each tube
bank and the surrounding tube walls to
prevent gas bias flow, and anti-wear plates
are set at the air-coming side of the front
row tubes of each bank and waterwall
around the steam soot blowers.
The specification and material of tube:
φ51×5.5 15CrMoG;
50 rows of tube groups are arranged along
the width direction of furnace. The pitch is
254.
7. 屏式过热器（中温过热器）
Platen superheater (MT superheater)
屏式过热器共八片，布置在炉膛上部靠近炉膛前墙且在锅炉
左右方向上靠近炉膛前墙，过热器为膜式结构。为保证蒸汽
的质量流速，八片管屏，分成两组，其中四片采用并联布置，
过热蒸汽由屏过进口混合集箱引入，在管屏内由由下向上至
屏过过热器出口混合集箱。在屏式过热器下部转弯区域范围
内设置有耐磨材料，整个屏式过热器自下向上膨胀。
管子规格材质：φ42×8 12Cr1MoVG
There are 8 pieces of platen superheaters which are located at

the upper, right and left parts of the furnace, near the furnace
front wall. Membrane structure is adopted for the superheater.
To ensure steam mass flow velocity, the 8 panels are divided
into two banks, among which 4 panels are set in parallel.
Superheat steam enters into PSH through inlet mixing header,
flows downwards in the tubes and goes to intermediate header,
then flows to outlet mixing header of PSH after passing through
the tubes upwardly. Refractory materials are applied at the PSH
lower turning area. The whole PSH expands upwardly.

8. 高温过热器
HT superheater
蒸汽从二级喷水减温器出来经连接管引入布置在尾部
后烟道上部的高温过热器进口集箱。高温过热器为三
圈绕蛇形管束。
高温过热器管束通过固定块固定在尾部包墙上，随包
墙一起膨胀，蒸汽从炉外的高温过热器进口集箱的两
端引入，与烟气呈逆向流动经过高温过热器管束后进
入高温过热器出口集箱，再从出口集箱的两端引出。
After coming out of the secondary attemperators, steam

is led to HTS inlet header set at the upper part of the rear
pass rear gas flue through connecting pipeline. The HTS
is formed by three-tube-coiled tube banks.
HTS tube banks are fixed on the tail enclosure wall by
fastening blocks and expand together with the enclosure
wall. Steam enters into HTS through the two ends of HTS
inlet header, goes to HTS outlet header after passing
through tube banks (counter to gas flow), then gets out
from the two ends of outlet header.
8. 高温过热器
HT superheater 高温过热器采取常规的防磨保护措施，
每组高过管组入口与四周墙壁间装设防
止烟气偏流的阻流板，每组高过管组前
排管子迎风面及蒸汽吹灰器喷枪四周管
壁采用防磨盖板。
管子规格材质：φ51×7 高温段SA-
213T91 低温段12Cr1MoVG
Normal anti-abrasive methods are adopted to
protect HTS tubes. For example, baffles are
installed between the inlet of each tube bank and
the surrounding tube walls to prevent gas bias
flow, and anti-wear plates are set at the air-coming
side of the front row tubes of each bank and
waterwall around the steam soot blowers.
The tube specification : φ51×7 ; for high
temperature section, the material is SA-213T91;

9. 低温再热器
LT reheater
低温再热器管束通过固定块固定在尾部前烟道包墙上，随包墙
一起膨胀，低温再热蒸汽由两端引入低温再热器进口集箱，与
烟气逆流向上流动经过低温再热器管束后进入低温再热器出口
集箱，再从出口集箱的两端引出。
Reheater tube bundles are fixed on front gas duct cage
wall of rear pass by fix blocks and expand with the cage
wall. LT reheated steam is fed into LT reheater inlet
header from both sides, then flows upwards through LT
reheater tube bundles and goes into LT reheater outlet
header. Finally it is educed from both sides of outlet
header.
低温再热器由两组沿炉体宽度方向布置的四圈绕水平管圈组成，
顺列、逆流布置。
LT reheater consists of 2 groups of horizontal tube
banks made of four coils of tubes，which are in-line and
counterflow arranged along with width direction of
furnace.
9. 低温再热器
LT reheater
低温再热器采取常规的防磨保护措施，每个管组入口与四周墙
壁间装设防止烟气偏流的均流孔板，管组第一排管子迎风面及
蒸汽吹灰器喷枪四周管壁采用防磨盖板管子规格材质：
φ57×4.5材质如附图
Conventional anit-wear protection measures are adopted
for LT reheater. Uniform flow orifice plates are installed
between inlet of each tube bank and surrounding walls
to avoid deflection of flue gas. Anti-wear cover plates are
adopted for windward side of the first row of tube banks
and tube walls around lance of steam soot blower. The
specification of tubes is φ57×4.5 ( Refer to the attached
figure) . 50 rows of tube banks are arranged along the
direction of the width of furnace. The pitch is 254.
10. 屏式再热器（高温再热器）
Platen reheater (HT reheater)
高温再热器共四片，布置在炉膛上部靠
近炉膛前墙，再热器为膜式结构。在屏
式再热器下部转弯区域范围内设置有耐
磨材料，整个屏式再热器自下向上膨胀。
管子规格材质：φ76×6材质SA-
213T91
HT reheater, consisting of 4 panels in
membrane wall structure, is located at the
furnace upper part near the front wall.
Refractory materials are applied at the
HTR lower turning area. The whole HTR
expands upwardly.

1. 检查膨胀节固定销是否拆除

relevant standard and whether the fire-side is ground
smoothly.
3. Check the sealing condition including primary sealing
and secondary sealing to see whether it is in accordance
with the construction drawing.
Special notices: waterwall penetration sealing, back

4.检查风室布风板风帽焊接近况、堵塞情况
风帽数量多，容易焊漏，应特别注意
5.检查所有弹性吊挂，固定销是否拆除
6.所有炉内耐磨材料均严格按图施工，包括抓丁布置、焊接、
耐磨材料膨胀间隙等。

air nozzles of air distributor for plenum.
Pay special attention to the welding as there are a large number
of air nozzles.
5. Check all the flexible hangers to see whether the anchor pins
are removed.
6. Check whether the in-furnace wear-resistant materials are
constructed in accordance with the drawing, including the
arrangement, welding and wear-resistant material expansion
clearance, etc..
