NATIONAL TERRITORY AND CITIZENSHIP
THE PRESIDENT IS ELECTED NATIONALLY, AND SHALL SERVE FOR A 6 YEAR TERM
WITHOUT REELECTION. SHE/HE IS TASKED WITH PPOINTING THE MEMBERS OF THE
CABINET AND THE DIFFERENET DAPARTMENTS.
THE PRESIDENT ALSO SERVES AS THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE AFP AND
HAS THE OPTION TO DECLARE MARTIAL LAW TO ADDRESS THE THREAT OF
REBELLION OR INVASION
THE VICE PRESIDENT IS ELECTED TOGETHER WITH THE PRESIDENT. HE/ SHE
DIRECTLY REPLACES THE PRESIDENT IN CASE OF DEATH, PERMANENT DISABILITY,
REMOVAL FROM OFFICE. THE VP MAY ALSO BE GIVEN A SEPARATE CABINET
POSITION.
