Key Responsibility Area

KRAs, or key result areas, define the main responsibilities and goals an employee is expected to focus on during the year. For an IT manager, common KRAs include managing technology systems, overseeing IT staff and operations, ensuring data security, and handling budgets. Marketing managers typically have KRAs centered around developing pricing and advertising strategies, identifying new customers, building the brand, and coordinating marketing efforts. Both roles require relevant experience and skills specific to their functions.
